Our son started at Maples in April, and as first-time parents, we were understandably nervous about leaving him for the first time. However, the entire team at Maples has been exceptional in supporting us through this transition and in their daily care of him. Three members of staff in particular and the rest of the Caterpillar team made the settling-in period as smooth as possible, which made a world of difference for us. It's wonderful to see the strong bond our son has developed not only with his key workers but with the entire team - it's a testament to their dedication and hard work. We appreciate the regular updates we receive via the app, as well as insights into his progress against learning framework indicators. Our son enjoys the food and all the varied activities he participates in. He also loves the outdoor space. We can't thank you enough for the exceptional care you provide. It means so much to us.

As my daughter moves from the Ladybirds to the Bumblebee room at Maples I wanted to review the amazing team, I have so many good things to say. They are wonderful at supporting my daughter in her key focus areas and know her so well they have over the past year, they have clear communication with us as a family and are like a second family for my daughter. The team's use of the app is thorough and continuous, we get lots of pictures and framework indicator updates through the app. The nursery also offers lots of opportunities for parents to be involved in regular events related to the seasons. The site feels safe and the areas are all well-maintained and clean.

Both our sons are in Maples part time in both the Ladybird room and the preschool, they couldn't be happier! Food cooked on site that's healthy, friendly knowledgeable and caring staff. The rooms and outdoor spaces are hard to beat locally. Our boys settled very easily thereafter we relocated to Winchester. Highly recommend.

My daughter has thrived since starting nursery at West Downs in December 2022. She has developed good relationships with her her key workers, who have really taken the time to get to know her as an individual. And she has really enjoyed interacting with and getting to know her little friends. Staff have always taken great care of her. She has a number of allergies so care has to be taken and the general environment is nurturing, supportive, encouraging development through fun.

We have had the best experience settling our son into West Downs. As we hoped the staff have all been so incredibly kind, nurturing, caring and fun and made every day he spent at nursery a joy. The team are attentive, friendly and adaptable and work with us on getting the rhythm of his day 'right'. He eats and sleeps great and is so happy playing and exploring. Already we can see how much he has learnt and how fantastic West Downs has been for his development.

We have 2 children at West Downs Day Nursery and they have been welcomed as unique people. The staff genuinely care about the children. One of ours has extra needs and has been included and supported. They both love the food. The transition towards school has been very well managed. The garden space is enjoyed by both. Highly recommend.
