Fantastic service. Went in for a cut and finish which was fairly basic as I’m trying to grow my hair and Georgie suggested a semi colour through to bring out the shine. A basic trim ended up looking very Chique and fresh. Worth the extra money totally. Archie was a joy to chat to really engaging and clearly has a passion for the company and his work. Very mature and confident for a 17 year old. Lovely, relaxed and non judgemental welcome which let’s face it some salons are often guilt of.

I'm just back from HeadKASE Crewe. Very understanding of what I wanted and needed cut and color wise. Katie guided me beautifully, she really listened and I felt she cared very much and understood what I was saying when I described how I managed my hair. Thankyou. Alice has been doing my hair for 21 years, she has so much experiance and knowledge and is always staying ontop of changing techniques and trends and training.Alice is highly qualified even up to being able to assess other proffessional hairdressers and ensures her staff are the same, encourging them to better themselves at every opportunity. I now go to the salon and have had my hair cut by all the stylists, all are excellent and highly qualified. I also have my hair coloured regulary by Rachael, who always does an excellent job. My daughter recently had her hair permed here and once again a proffessional and excellent job was done, I also now take my son here for his haircuts as i find the cuts better than at the barbers where he had always previously gone. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful they work well as a team ensuring every customer is extremely well looked after and leaves the salon looking and feeling special. The salon is kept clean and tidy and the staff are always clean and smart. I would highly recommend this salon to anybody.

It was my first time visiting for a root touch up. Hannah was great and managed to get the nearest shade of blonde to my original colour, after a cut and blow dry it looked amazing. I will be coming back again every 12 weeks now, I highly recommend total makeover.

Lovely place to go for my daughters hair cut. The staff are friendly and down to earth, put us at ease and all the team are experienced and do a great cut, always communicating well to understand my daughters desires for the look she wants.
