Vari was an exceptional stylist. She was attentive, professional and competent. She guided me through everything she was doing to ensure that I was happy with the results. She listened carefully to what I wanted and had a very positive/calm demeanour. Overall a lovely experience and I will be back.

Joanna was absolutely top notch! She listened to what I wanted my hair to look like, gave me some great advice about managing my hair, and took so much care in creating a gorgeous haircut. It’s always such a lovely experience in Ego, I couldn’t recommend enough!

First time going to hair directory and I can 100% say I’ll be coming back for my next cut! Patrycja was so lovely, she did the most beautiful style, giving advice along the way about how I can keep it looking bouncy at home. I wasn’t sure if doing layers and the curtain bangs would suit me as I hate changing my hair but I am in love with how it turned out.

I had my hair cut by Emi who is a trainee and she was brilliant. She made me feel at ease and paid great attention to detail, she was such a lovely girl and had such a great personality too. I would defo return and recommend Emi to anyone. Linda was mentoring Emi and she was lovely, you can see how she builds her staffs confidents and supports them. Such a lovely experiance and I couldn't be happier with my hair.

I had a great experience at Hair Directory. The staff is very attentive and friendly and Gabby did an excellent job and did my hair exactly how I wanted. Thank you!

After going to the same stylist in our old hometown for 10+ years, now that we've been in Inverness for a year my teen daughter and I thought it was time to be brave and find a hairdresser closer to home... I deliberated for weeks over where to book, and after receiving two recommendations in the last week for THG I booked an appointment for my daughter with Katrine and we went along this morning. It was such a positive, relaxed experience - the salon itself is calm and airy, and Katrine has a lovely gentle approach and understood immediately what my daughter wanted. She's really pleased with her new haircut and left the salon feeling confident, calm and happy. I couldn't ask for more and I'll be booking myself in for an appointment soon! Thank you!

Highly recommend! Such a lovely bunch, this was my 2nd visit this year after relocating to Inverness. Natasha and Amy have both been very sensitive to the fact I have suffered from alopecia on and off for the last 13 years. Also, lots of truly lovely compliments from the ladies who were by front desk too before I left, made my day.. So happy, thank you all.

Had a wash and blow-dry today and it was a lovely experience. The stylist - I’m so sorry, I’ve forgotten her name - was lovely and did a great job with my very curly hair. The salon has a lovely vibe. Highly recommend.
