I got gel nails by Olivia super friendly and give me good tips how to look after my nails better. I also got Elemis’s facial by Laura she was so helpful recommending products for my skin care routine made me feel super relaxed, neck and should massage was lovely also. Coffee was tasty too. Receptionist was so lovely and gave me birthday discount! Thank you all so much, I’d recommend to anyone and will definitely be back again.

Taylor was great. The most relaxing facial ive ever had and the neck and arms massage was a lovely extra surprise. Took her advice and bought the cleanser and toner. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful, relaxing facial! Skin still feels great over a week later. Will definitely book on my next trip to Inverness, thank you!

Myself and my daughter both got piercings by Sophie. She was amazing as we were both nervous as it had been awhile since we had our last piercings. Sophie made us feel at ease and it was a brilliant experience. The studio is beautiful, spotless and so welcoming and there is nothing you could fault. Will 100% be back for more.

Have had a few piercings now done by Sophie, always the cheeriest and warmest of welcomes. High standards of cleanliness are apparent, Sophie is always the 1st person I recommend when anyone is asking about piercings I recently had a problem with one of my piercings and messaged Sophie (out of her working hours) got a prompt reply with the correct advice. So knowledgeable and wouldn't go anywhere else now, onto the next 1.......

Visited Sophie a while ago to get a piercing done, very comfortable having this done. Very nice conversation, unfortunately i haven’t be able to revisit her recently but any advice i’ve needed after her seeing me even months after she has always responded within 1/2 days. Definitely highly recommend.

I was visiting Inverness on a rainy wet and cold weekend. I knew I didn’t want to spend the whole day walking about in the rain so I booked a few treatments here online. The online system was easy to use. Caoimhe was wonderful, welcoming and professional. I enjoyed the massage and treatments and a very nice conversation too. I highly recommend her services.

I’ve been to see Caoimhe a few times now and each time she has been amazing. Such a lovely girl and makes you feel so welcomed in her clinic. Her treatments have always been exceptional and very professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone!! Always look forward to a good blether aswell!

5 star service from start to finish! What a gem Caiohme is exceptionally professional, kind and made me feel at ease the whole time! Timeless spa surrounding are peaceful and beautifully laid out! Would definitely recommend her expertise to all!
