I've recently moved here from America and so I don't know any hairdressers or have any friends in Lincoln yet to refer me to a good hairdresser. I picked Tony & Guy and Billy because my hairdresser in the USA told me to go to Tony & Guy and just pick the most experienced (expensive) person. I chose Billy to cut my hair and I'm so happy with how it looks. I just showed him pictures of when I got my hair done in the USA by my regular hairdresser and Billy totally replicated the look I'm used to. He has a tremendous amount of experience and did an amazing job with my cut. I'll definitely be back every 3 months for my regular haircut. It looks great!

My first ever time at a 'proper' salon, rather than the barber shops on the corner where you pay £10 and leave with a haircut and a concussion. This was a brilliant experience, I felt very looked after and everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The lady who gave me what I can only describe as the best haircut I've ever had (Elaine) was sublime. Please can you pass on my gratitude to her and the team for the experience.

Amazing colouring experience with the fabulous Beth. Thank you Ellie-Ann for being your wonderful self. Fantastic staff who go out of their way to make you feel special. Five star service as always.

I have finally found a hairdressers that make me feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. The staff are super friendly and take a lot of time and effort to make sure you are happy. I recently got married and chose them for mine and my bridesmaids hair and they did a great job. As someone with not a lot of confidence and always struggling to be happy with my how my hair is styled, they managed to get it perfect and I am so glad I chose them for the wedding day.

Excellent salon, really experienced team members. A big shout out to Becky who does my hair- she instills confidence and puts you at ease. The welcome is always warm too with refreshments always offered and ensuring you are comfortable when there. Definitely recommend.

Amazing service. Wonderful head massage. Once you visit Red Hair, you won't go anywhere else. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure my visit was 5 star treatment. All the stylists/staff are very friendly and attentive, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.

Had my hair done here today and am amazed by the results. The salon was clean and well presented. Definitely recommend Chloe, she was highly professional and did an amazing job. She was chatty but also understood that I’m abit shy so silences were not awkward. The other stylists seem great too, looking around the room every one else’s hair looked beautiful.

I have huge hair anxiety and haven’t had a real haircut in absolute years and Jess was so lovely and somehow understood all of my rambling into exactly what I had asked for. I’m not very good at small talk or chat but she was very professional and friendly and made me feel more comfortable. Thank you I’m very happy.

I have a lovely time every time I come here so I just wanted to leave a review. The hairdresser Helen is really fantastic at doing exactly what you want to your hair, and fixing any problems with it- for me I bleach damaged my hair, but she’s great at disguising that with colouring to my natural tones and beautiful cuts to prevent split ends. I recommend asking for Helen if you come here.
