This is one of the most amazing places we have visited! From the ethical approach to the amazing curation of the memorial and exhibits every detail is considered. The displays are fantastic and take into account all sides. The staff went above and beyond to help and give advice about the exhibition and the gift shop. There is a wonderfully calm and reflective feel to the memorial. The spire and panels provide a fitting and lasting memorial to the 58000 men and women who lost their lives. The entry price allows you to return again during the year if you pay for that option. Great value. This is a special place which commemorates all those across all nations that gave the ultimate sacrifice. We will be back.

We were told about this place by a couple of locals, it's only a couple of miles from the town centre. A very modern structure , we spent most of the day here. We immediately took a free tour with Andrew, who gave an excellent, informative commentary about the life for the air crews and associated personnel. Very moving stories highlighting the courage, bravery and tragedy of the times. Well worth a visit.

Great place to come, you could spend an hour or multiple if you wanted too. You could use it as a stop off to get some food and have a little walk around. Great food that I would thoroughly recommend and a beautiful view from the spire. Very moving and lots of information. I would say it's good for wheelchair and pushchairs. Toilets are clean.

What a hidden gem! This is well worth a visit, especially if you have an interest in local history, there's a wealth of information there. The cars and buses are amazing to see up close, and we had the joy of riding on a vintage bus too! The staff are so friendly and willing to tell you all you need to know about the vehicles. Definitely need to go here if you are in the area!

The museum is run as a registered charity, by a dedicated & enthusiastic team of volunteers. Excellent museum, with a great range of vintage buses, cars & other vehicles. You can also see some of the vehicles attending local vintage & classic events, as well as when the museum run various special events throughout the year.

A little gem. Took the grandkids for a mooch this morning and was not disappointed. The children loved access to the bus and enjoyed pretending to drive. Worth a visit.
