I had to take my mother out a nursing home at the end of 2021 because of repeated falls and injuries, and it was such a relief to find Excel for home visits. My mother has parkinsons and dementia and they seemed to slot in perfectly, knowing exactly what we needed without having to even explain much. The care is of a very good standard, and the carers connected with mum like it was their friend. We've previously had two care companies and they both failed in many areas. With Excel, communication with management has also been very good, as has time keeping. All in all we are very pleased with the service.

Each member of mum's team has been matched with her and when we meet them at mum's, it's like having a friend round - we can't believe how lucky we are! It's so reassuring for us, as we don't live near mum so can't be there everyday. Knowing that she is clean, safe, comfortable and has stimulating company a few hours every day has been a weight off our shoulders.
