When Peter and Elaine took over management of the property, it was like night and day. Their knowledge of all aspects of property management and maintenance is second to none. Even more importantly, they are genuine, honest and hard working people who make sure the tenant and the property are being looked after. The guidance I received from them on a range of issues was first class, this included maintenance, tenancy agreements and legal issues.
