My father was discharged from hospital to his home under the care of APT. My husband and I were extremely impressed by the care my father received which led to him becoming a self-funder. We will never forget meeting Misbah who welcomed us to the APT family and we did truly feel like family. My father was under their care for 9 months before he passed. My father was bedridden and it was so lovely to see him smile when the carers came in 4 times a day. He loved his carers and they loved him back. The carers were also supportive of myself and my husband and nothing was too much trouble. The office team are experienced and knowledgeable and gave us so much support when navigating the medical side of things. Quite often they were able to use their contacts to facilitate my father’s ongoing treatment as a priority. We would 100% recommend APT. They are the gold standard.

We’ve been using Home Instead for 6 months now. From the start they’ve provided fantastic care and support for my parents. The team are all caring, considerate and efficient. Our ‘at home’ girls are now practically viewed as part of the family by mum and dad and the office team keep me up-to-date with everything I need to know. I’d definitely recommend Home Instead as it’s given my parents the extra support they need and provided me with the reassurance that they’re being looked after on the days I can’t get in to see them. What’s more, with the expertise at hand I know they’ll be able to adapt as the demands and requirements change over time.
