Ollie took a different route, working with contractors Mimram on commercial and new-build projects. In 2015 Tom co-founded SafeSure, and Ollie joined as partner and co-director in 2016. The company has since grown to employ four additional plumbers. Customer service is central to SafeSure. They aim to be friendly, efficient, professional, and fairly priced. Much of their work comes from referrals, reflecting customer satisfaction. Directors Tom Gallimore and Ollie Sawyer, with colleagues David Stewart and Nathan Stone, are Gas Safe registered. New staff begin training soon after joining, and only qualified engineers handle gas work. They are licensed members of the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors, which requires proof of qualifications and insurance. Membership also supports their staff development and commitment to high standards. SafeSure is also Heat Geek Verified, recognising their expertise in efficient heating system design and installation, including heat pump technology. They maintain strong links with allied trades and sometimes partner with trusted contractors for larger projects. While they may expand into services like electrics, their core focus will always remain plumbing and heating.”
