I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks on and off for 8 years, then when my mum past away suddenly two years ago it got really bad again and it was affecting my daily life, I came across hypnotherapy online and decided to give it ago. From the moment I met Alan he put me at ease he is such a kind and caring man and I always felt very calm in each session. It’s been over a month since my last session and I haven’t had anxiety at all , I even managed to go on a big family holiday which would be something that would give me anxiety in the past and I just feel so calm all the time! I couldn’t recommend Alan enough!

From my first session I started noticing small improvements and by my third session my quality of living had improved immensely. My fourth session was yesterday and now that I have learned auto hypnosis I'm a totally different person, so much calmer and have a much better perspective of life now. Alan has transformed my mindset incredibly with his work and it is very clear that he is passionate about changing people's lives and making a difference.
