After having an initial consultation for a niggly shoulder injury after a tumble skiing in Feb 2024 which had reduced in pain level but still kept me from certain movements, I decided to book in with Cian for a rehab programme to get me back fully to the gym and to enable me to sleep without any discomfort. I am delighted to say that after 4 sessions I am fixed and know the exercises to keep in my routine. Best money spent and no question he knows his stuff! The facility is top class and the receptionist Amy is very helpful with scheduling suitable appointments.

Booked a physio block with Phil at Fixit after hurting my back and having ongoing knee problems.. Can't express how thorough Phil was in his assessment and his session plans. After 5 sessions, I'm moving better than I have in years and able to train pain free, even getting thoughts of returning to the rugby pitch! Would recommend Fixit to anyone, professional and friendly service, and no doubt about the results!

Alice at Fixit is a fabulous physio. She helped me with my knee injury and also gave me exercises for whip lash after a car accident. She is the best physio I have ever seen, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. Thanks, Alice, for all the support/ patience/ kindness and fun.

Highly highly recommend Re:Play! I initially was seeking for a physio to help with back pain and spasms that were affecting not only my training but started to affect day to day life too. During the initial session, Simon has taken the time to understand my training and back pain history and he has quickly found the underlying cause behind my pain and discomfort rather than just treating the symptoms. I have noticed significant improvements after a few sessions. Following regular treatment alongside progressive exercises targeted to fix the underlying imbalances, I have been completely pain free and back in training with no reoccurring back pain. Simon has been nothing but excellent, made me feel at ease and his knowledge is second to none - I could genuinely not recommend him more!
