Had my sessions to better my eating choices and get rid of deep rotted assumptions about food that were hindering me. if you are willing to work on yourself, you can be absolutely helped and it can be water under the bridge to you as these hypnosis sessions are fab. you're made to feel so comfortable and it's very upfront about what needs to be done to improve yourself and change your life.

I highly recommend Chris who has helped me work on my anxiety issues. I believe that if you are ready to improve yourself, improve the path / journey you are on, there is help out there, so reach out. Chris has made me very comfortable and she explains everything with calm and ease.

For anyone thinking of using this service i would definatley recommend Christine she is fantastic and has helped me so much with my anxiety.
