I could not recommend Grant highly enough. Not only an excellent masseuse with great anatomical knowledge and a real flair for helping you feel your most relaxed, he is a genuinely lovely guy and family man. He even squeezed an appointment in for me on a Sunday because an old injury had flared up. I will definitely become a regular client.

Top guy and super professional, he has been helping me prep for upcoming competitions and is so knowledgeable in what he does. Goes above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

What can I say, absolutely fantastic massage. Grant was super friendly, very knowledgeable & a passionate therapist. I highly recommend him 5 stars. To unwind in my own home & relax aferwards reaping the full benefits of the massage was bliss.

I had a massage to address my sore shoulder, and it was a great experience. Not only did the therapist effectively alleviate my shoulder pain, but the friendly conversation made the session even more enjoyable. It was evident that the therapist not only had great skill but also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling physically and mentally rejuvenated. Highly recommended!

Was advised to get a massage as physio wait would be a long time, found Colin and have been so grateful I did, I have been attending for a few months as have ongoing issues, but Colin helps each time and listens to concerns and pains as he is on the health journey with me, he instantly puts me at ease and works on what is needed and each time feel like a new person on the way out, ???? recommended with no hesitation.

Initially, I went to Colin struggling to walk due to Sciatic pain in both legs and lower back. Colin was able to build my knowledge of Sciatic pain, symptoms and recovery. After 3 sessions I am now walking pain free and I am getting back to a normal active lifestyle. Thank you Colin.

Gift shows great knowledge of the body and treats accordingly - my right hip is significantly tighter than my left. Gift had stretched and massaged my left side. She did a couple of small movements on my right and immediately got a cushion to support it before continuing. She didn’t have to ask me anything and there was no pain or discomfort for me. The premises are clean and relaxing - there is a lovely scent and relaxing music each time I’ve been. I would recommend gift to anyone looking for a massage - I am now going every month and would go more often if finances allowed!

Outstanding been again today to see Zita, I am sure she has fallen from the sky with hands as good as those. Anyway I am going once a month and feel simply first class after my deep tissue massage, Great work team and outstanding massage Zita.

Lovely environment, massage which was excellent I will be back.
