Was advised to get a massage as physio wait would be a long time, found Colin and have been so grateful I did, I have been attending for a few months as have ongoing issues, but Colin helps each time and listens to concerns and pains as he is on the health journey with me, he instantly puts me at ease and works on what is needed and each time feel like a new person on the way out, ???? recommended with no hesitation.

Gift shows great knowledge of the body and treats accordingly - my right hip is significantly tighter than my left. Gift had stretched and massaged my left side. She did a couple of small movements on my right and immediately got a cushion to support it before continuing. She didn’t have to ask me anything and there was no pain or discomfort for me. The premises are clean and relaxing - there is a lovely scent and relaxing music each time I’ve been. I would recommend gift to anyone looking for a massage - I am now going every month and would go more often if finances allowed!
