I contacted Keith due to a fear of flying/entrapment which came about post my second child. The fear was so overwhelming I couldn’t enter an airport, never mind negotiate a plane journey. I had a family emergency which required me to fly abroad within 7 days of contacting Keith and he managed to accommodate my sessions into his busy schedule. I have had hypnotherapy before but I found Keith took the time to understand me and my anxiety better and as a result the sessions were incredibly beneficial. Before I knew it, I was on a plane with no issues whatsoever! I cannot thank Keith enough for this life changing treatment, I would definitely recommend booking in with him!

Keith was recommended to me by a friend, I had been suffering from depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember and hadn't even heard of hypnotherapy in these terms. I assumed that I was just going to have to deal with my depression and anxiety as best I could for the rest of my life. However, after sessions with Keith I can honestly say I have never felt better. Keith was fantastic, from start to finish, not just with sessions but with the on going support through the process. I visited Keith for fear of flying, the four sessions he offered me have literally changed my life. For over 20 years I've been petrified to fly but I can say now that I am 100% cured. Can't' tell you how much Claire has helped me, not with just stopping me eating chocolate like I was out of fashion. She has helped my confidence and self-worth. Helped me respect myself and feel valued. Just seeing her for my control of eating chocolate, she has helped with all of this! Cannot recommend enough, do not hesitate, go see her. Now a valued friend.

I'd struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and had got to point where I was secret eating until a friend recommended I go see Claire. It is the best mone I have ever spent. Not only has the Hypno band worked, I no longer suffer from heartburn and my sleep has also improved. I've already recommended Claire to a few people and will continue to do so. Thank you ever so much Claire you really have helped me turn my life around.

Debbie is amazing, after at least 50 years of being petrified of spiders I can honestly say that I am 'cured'. I feel that certain aspects of my life had been controlled by the eight legged creatures for so long, but now, not a worry at all, I am able to remove them now if necessary or what happens most of the time now, I share my space with them, they do not bother me at all. Debbie made me feel comfortable and safe to discuss my inner most thoughts.

I went to see Debbie two years ago to the day. If I am honest I went to her so that I could prove I was a smoker for life, “if Hypnosis fails then I must be a smoker”. How wrong was I! I came away after smoking 15-25 rollies a day to suddenly reduce to 0, did I have withdrawal symptoms, No, nothing if I am honest. Yes I wanted to smoke due to a habit but I did not need to smoke, quickly saying I don’t smoke now worked for me. I have recently suggested Debbie to my wife who has gone tonight and so far so good. I would highly recommend her as I have changed my life thanks to her. An update I have now been smoke free for over three years and my wife over a year. We both agree that it has been so easy after the hypnotherapy.

Debbie helped me overcome my fear of driving having been too nervous to get back behind the wheel since an accident 7 yrs ago. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted her. - thank you so much!
