I’ve been going to the same place for years in Telford town centre , and I don’t see me changing . Staff are professional , helpful , knowledgeable to customer needs . Friendly and welcoming staff and nice clean comfortable shop . Opticians are first class . Thank you to all the staff especially Tom who shows the standard of staff is impeccable

I attended for an eye test at the Boots opticians in Telford Town Centre. The person who examined me was thorough, polite, sociable and highly professional. Although she was a trainee she clearly had an excellent knowledge and ability in how she did her job. She explained clearly to me what she was doing, why it was part of the examination and what the results told her. Her supervisor checked at the end and confirmed her judgments. She was also very polite and professional. I felt privileged to have such careful and thorough care.

Simon, the optician, has a very lovely patient manner. He was very thorough and reassuring through my eye examination. He really helped put me at ease about my issues.
