Took my son here today for the second time, first time was 4 months ago. Absolutely first class service from start to finish, from booking over the phone to arriving and then my son being seen and treated for an ear that was so full of wax it was blocking his hearing. Cannot recommend this Company highly enough, would not go anywhere else for this service. True professionals at what they do.

The practitioner was very informative in explaing the procedure. The procedure was delivered exactly as described. Compared to the traditional 'ear Syringing' the method is a game changer. Would recommend Interhearing and this method.

Sharkab was brilliant explained everything to me before the procedure and carried it out very professional.

Well a very good detailed cleans and test of hearing ability. The difficulty was in finding the clinic. They had done their best to provide a map to help. However I do think the council could provide street name labels and individual businesses should be allowed adequate labels and signage to identify their building.

I recently attended with my elderly Mum who was suffering hearing loss along with Dementia, the treatment she received from Debbie and Jade was outstanding, the professionalism and compassion from the whole team was amazing. Thank you.

The hearing assessment was done in a professional manner, I was listened to, could ask questions and felt reassured.
