Fantastic service from super friendly and helpful staff, who took the time to explain everything in detail, so we understood. Very caring and easy to talk to. Plus they listened to us and answered all our questions. Especially Vicky and Leanne. They are both great at their jobs and treat our fur babies like their own. Leanne explained the surgery to us and settled our cat in before surgery and Vicky discharged her to us and explained what had been done and how to look after her. Both staff put our minds at rest so we didn't worry. Highly recommend this vet practice.

Sadly our beloved dog Princess wasn't well, and now is in heaven with all the other animals, running around and free from pain. Vets 4 Pets was amazing. They were so considerate of our feelings, and Princess left us, in no pain. Thankyou so much to all the staff, for your support and I am so glad that we came to you for Princess,s last day, as you are so caring and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye.

Absolutely wonderful staff,really kind an caring. The vet explained everything in detail an together we made a plan to move forward with my pet’s treatment. Good work guys,thank you for taking such good care of Alfie

HAYGATE VETERINARY CENTRE WELLINGTON REVIEWS

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I took 2 kittens for their operations and the aftercare was explained very well. I was kept advised throughout and I was able to collect them quite quickly. Parking good.

Although our little Torbie didn't end up coming home with us after the vets tried everything they could, their service was impeccable and they made sure she was looked after the best they could with round the clock service.

Speedy response and lovely sympathetic staff. A very thorough examination with good advice and treatment. No hesitation in recommending!

MEDIVET OAKENGATES REVIEWS

Excellent practice good to be able to see the same vet as my previous practice we saw a different vet each time. The nurses and reception staff are all friendly and supportive especially when I have been worried about my dogs.

We went from a poorly dog to a life saving operation in a matter of hours. I can't thank Saskia at Shawbirch, Duncan at Oakengates and all the supporting staff enough. The care that they showed and the communication that they provided kept a traumatic situation under control. We now have a very happy dog back home with us!!.

Practice staff at Oakengates are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly with a caring attitude towards both client and their beloved pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
