If you want someone intimidated into silence, these are the guys you need. I don't know how much it cost their client. But the seven page letter they sent, outlining edited information they received, along with threats of action , scared thel life out of me. Top firm, if you don't want opinions aired.

I was told Birketts are not the cheapest but they are very efficient. And the service that I have just received from Hannah and Liz was out standing! Money well spent, nothing to much trouble. Highly recommended and would use again. Well done girls, keep up the good work!

I haven't bought or sold a house for a very long time, but my experience of this transaction with Lily Beel, from Leathes Prior, acting on my behalf, has been overwhelmingly positive. The advice, counsel and guidance was absolutely first class, the communication was excellent and overall it was an utterly professional and courteous service and experience. Even when we hit a little bit of a wobble, Lily remained calm and ensured we got over the line in good time. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else for conveyancing in the future.
