Efficient handling of our initial contact with Fosters: we were put in touch with Mr Fielding's secretary immediately. Clear communications throughout, including pricing. We met Mr Fielding at the initial consultation face-to-face. During this meeting, we were not rushed, had time to explain our concerns, and were listened to with empathy. We provided all the evidence we had to date, which was scrutinised by Mr Fielding carefully. He gave us a good deal of explanations without using obscure jargon. He proposed a course of action and provided a comprehensive written report, about a week after the meeting. Clear expectations of the potential future costs were given too. We are in no doubt that Mr Fielding and his team placed great care and attention to our case. Our dealings with them resulted in our relative peace of mind whilst dealing with our case. This is, quite frankly, priceless. We will be employing Fosters and his team again in the future if need arises.

A very good, responsive service from R&N as always and good value for money with pricing lower than competitors. They know their business well and this makes the whole 'House Sell' process much easier from a client point of view as we all know this can be a difficult / challenging transaction. Would happily use again and would definitely recommend.
