BOMBAY 8 INDIAN RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Food excellent, you could taste that it was all freshly made using the best spices and ingredients. We had the meat platter, which was delicious, onion barges (the best I've tasted in a long time) followed by chicken tikka massala. Large portions but you are offered a take home tray, so we didn't waste any! Lovely atmosphere with very helpful and pleasant staff. Plenty of parking too. Highly recommended a visit.

We have been coming to Bombay 8 for years, we even had our wedding meal here. Service is always spot on, food is delicious and fresh, I always have plenty to take home and eat for lunch the following day. It's also great as a take out if you don't fancy eating in. We like to go between 3-4pm and it's usually quite, from 5pm onwards it can be busy but service nor quality is impacted, you're in safe hands with Mo and his team!

The restaurant is well looked after by the attentive, but not pushy, staff. The service was fantastic, the food excellent, the venue clean and pleasant. Well worth the visit. We will definitely be going back.

THE RAJ REVIEWS

We decided on the spare of the moment to try a new Indian restaurant. I am so glad we visited The Raj. From the moment we entered till the moment we left we found all the staff to be very friendly and very customer focused. As it was our first visit, we opted for the set meal for two. The bill came to just under £60 with a couple of drinks added. The food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. With a complementary shot of baileys to finish off a great night of eating and drinking. We will definitely be going back.

Have visited many, many times since The Raj first opened in the village in its original premises until now. Have always enjoyed a fantastic experience and have made some precious memories to treasure with family centred around this excellent venue. Food is consistently delicious, served by friendly staff. Anhar is a brilliant host and thoroughly deserves the top class reputation he has gained for both himself and The Raj.

I have travelled all over the world and eat in many different restaurants. This restaurant has not only amazing food but first class friendly helpful service. Zac and sal as far as customer service goes you scored 20 out of 10 thank you for a fantastic night and see you soon.

It's the best curry I've ever had and I had a lot of curries in my time. Food is always hot and flavoursome. The service is great, they are all very helpful, friendly and attentive. Cannot recommend enough.

Good friendly staff always have a warm welcome spotlessly clean well recommended.
