Nikki was very clear with every element of the service that was provided. Being a roofer sometimes it’s difficult to answer the phone, however Nikki was very understanding regarding this and we communicated via email to arrange a suitable time for both parties. From the initial contact Nikki gave great service, explained everything very well and were I needed clarification on certain elements, his true knowledge of insurance excelled.
