Be our guest dressed our wedding ceremony room & reception in Hensol Castle, May 2024. They were excellent from start to finish. I met with Clare a few times, as I was so indecisive. She was honest and guided me a number of times, in the right direction. Clare was excellent with communication and replied to my numerous email within a few hours! I felt cared for and valued every step of the way. Lewis was also excellent with the welcome sign & table plan. Again, very clear communication and nothing was a bother. I would highly recommend this company, as they made me feel at ease and I knew the day would run smoothly, but also everything turned out more beautiful than I ever imagined. Be our guest decorated our March wedding! They were so friendly and great to work with whilst making the process very enjoyable! They were super easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had, which I was very grateful for. The meetings were also very helpful and showroom was a pleasure to visit! On the day everything was set up/ taken down with ease and it all looked fantastic! Everything was as discussed and I was so happy with how it turned out! I have worked with Clare & the Be Our Guest team for years and they are always quick to communicate and very friendly on set up days, it was a no brainer to use them for our wedding and they transformed the church completely with their blossom trees and brought my vision to life. Carolyn helped us with planning and on the day coordination for our wedding, in June. We had the wedding in Bristol, even though we now live in the States. Carolyn was so accommodating, meeting with various family members in Bristol and doing Skype calls with us to get everything ready. She was so helpful and understanding, helping us to design an eco-friendly wedding and meet various dietary requirements. On the day, it made such a positive difference to have Carolyn around and doing so much behind the scenes to get everything ready. The tables, decorations, etc. looked perfect and we didn’t worry for a minute with the unexpected delay of the band, because she was immediately communicating with them and helped them to set up so quickly no one even noticed! Everyone was so impressed with the detailed schedule she sent to the wedding party, and she was so patient and lovely when we changed things around right beforehand and even on the day slightly! A huge thanks, and we would highly recommend Carolyn Louise!

Carolyn assisted me with organising my wedding in August. Carolyn was so calm and professional throughout. I loved working with her and watching my little idea turned in to a theme and how the colour scheme also developed. I spoke about one of mine and my husband's interest, bikes, and it went from there! Carolyn designed and produced all of my wedding stationery, from invites to table names, I would not have been able to do it without her, even when I panicked 4 days before the wedding that I had made a mistake with my table plan, she went out of her to fix it for me. All my guests commented on how calm and stress free I was during the planning, and also the wedding, Carolyn played a huge part in that and I cannot thank her enough for making it such a wonderful experience.
