ZENZERO SOLUTIONS LTD REVIEWS

I have used Zenzero for many years. I have started using them again over the last year or so in a new business and have remained super-impressed by how swiftly they resolve the types of day-to-day IT issues that otherwise would become huge time-sinks. If I have ever needed to escalate anything (rare and generally somewhat off-piste issues), their senior management have always been very responsive and committed to getting all issues resolved. As probably one of their smaller customers, this has been hugely reassuring.

Whenever I need to contact Zenzero regarding an IT issue at work they are always very helpful, quick to respond and always find a solution. They always go above and beyond to try and solve an issue or resolve a problem and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They've sorted out countless things for me and the communication is excellent, as they keep you updated at every stage of the process.

Excellent and prompt service received. I raised a ticket for support and it was quickly dealt with in no time at all. The gentleman that helped me was really efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much!

We have used Cipher for many years now and have been consistently provided with solid prompt services for all of our IT needs. They have engineers visit our sites when required for hardware issues and provide exceptional remote online support for most issues. We have used various IT service companies in the past and fortunately, were introduced to Cipher around ten years ago. All of our computer hardware is now provided and serviced by Cipher and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The team at Cipher have been absolutely brilliant in helping me during these really challenging times to re-organise my office and working environment. It is refreshing to work with a company who are prepared to take ownership and manage our IT ensuring that our business needs are met and exceeded. I cannot recommend highly enough!
