Robert is imaginative and accurate. On my complex residential redevelopment, he took the time to understand and suggest options. Robert is rare in his ability to imagine the bigger picture, while being in complete command of the detail. He presented my designs in 2D and 3D, plus technical drawings; all of which have been universally commended by the builders and engineers involved. I appointed Vagdia & Holmes to look into a double extension for me. I had planning for a single extension prior to appointing from another firm. The other firm told me it would be highly unlikely I would get a double due to the plot position. However, I contacted Dhiran because I felt I needed a second opinion. Dhiran visited and came up with plan, in his words 'its how you present it'. 8 weeks later and only one amendment (a window to be added) the plans have passed. My extension starts in September and I am really excited. Vagdia & Holmes have shared my excitement and I am really grateful for the time and energy Dhiran put into my plans.
