Absolutely brilliant grooming. They look after your pups as if they are their own. The pups are always excited to go and see Donna and the team, and really enjoy the jacuzzi bath. The pups are so relaxed which, to me, means that they are comfortable and treated with love and care. In fact they love it that much they would be happy to stay all day if allowed. The prices are fair and offer great value for money, but most importantly if my pups love it then so do I. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent friendly serviced, and despite some grooming challenges with my dogs, they love it and come out looking fabulous. Thanks Donna.

Absolutely magnificent!!.. i visited Coventry from Toronto, Canada with my dog London!! She came out looking beautiful and new again!! Her wash and blow out nails vut the whole treatment was absolutely amazing!!! The team their are real deal when it comes to quality!! London enjoyed her visit "spa" and we look forward to visiting again when we are in England next!! Thankyou.

My boy Prince has been going to the Lovely Laura for a couple of years now and I genuinely would not send him anywhere else. I had a bad experience with two previous groomers - decided to step away from them and unfortunately had lost confidence in finding a good groomer. Until I was recommended Laura and I’ve never looked back! She is a dream. Prince loves her, I know he is in safe hands plus he always comes out happy, waggy tails, looking so gorgeous and smells yummy.

Karma had the most amazing time she smells absolutely amazing her paws have never been so soft and her teeth are sparkling thank you so much would recommend to anyone to bring there dogs here.

A wonderful groomer who takes the utmost care of my dog. Absolutely faultless from start to finish and my dog loves her visits.
