Fantastic service. Got them to upgrade iMac hdd to ssd - a job I had been putting off as it required lugging the computer to some remote place. But hours after I asked for a quote the engineer came to my house and did it there and then. A really fiddly job and the engineer was cheerful and informative throughout. My computer is transformed. Brilliant, exceptional service and good value.

I needed my hard drive replaced but was a bit nervous about disassembling my laptop myself and replacing it. I called Solid Rock IT and they sent an engineer around the next day. Very good experience, the engineer was prompt, competent and my laptop now works as before. Fee quote was fair too.

Brilliant service! Mark performed a small miracle for me that means I won't have to replace my laptop! Very thorough & professional.
