I was recommended by a family friend, who told me absolutely animals would take on the job of giving my boy a good groom including wash, trim nails and ear cleaning. I informed them prior I didn't wish for it to be a traumatising experience, 2 and half hours later Kobe left looking like a happy pup with a load of energy! I rebooked my appointment straight away and was really happy with Nicholle who left me feeling reassured Kobe was in the best hands. Look forward to seeing you again soon! Our 1 year old cockapoo had developed a fear of the groomers, and after some sessions with others, Absolutely Animals were recommended to us as an experienced groomer who may be able to help. He had a great first experience with them, came out in such high spirits, and fully groomed. He looked fabulous and was so happy when we collected him. The vibe when we arrived was tangible, it felt like we were in safe, experienced hands and I think he must have felt that too. They recommended some steps to take before his first session, after understanding our previous experiences. We’ve booked in our second groom with them already. Definitely recommended.

I came here last week for the first time and was so impressed with the team! Can only speak on nail clipping as haven't needed grooming but took my Puggle here for the first time to see if they could help cutting one very long curled nail, I would have been happy if they managed this but actually we realised that all the nails needed doing and between two of the staff, they were able to do all the nails! and without any fuss, they were super up for it, friendly, confident and pretty unfazed. I was so relieved and this is super impressive as my Vet's needed 3+ staff last time and still then didn't do a good job or even get all of the nails, whilst traumatising my dog. My dog is the sweetest and doesn't bite but he literally screams his head off, he's so scared of it and needs some serious muscle to keep a hold of when trying to do this task. We're not even able to do 1 nail at home so this was an amazing service and will be coming back each time it's needed! Thanks so much to the team and for your flexibility with us popping in. So appreciate it!!

Had my chihuahua dolly and violets nails clipped today for the first time and Ruth did both dogs with ease and neither dog has ever been easy to deal with at the vet where they usually go. I will definitely be back.
