Phil was extremely helpful at every step of the process from trying to fix my original laptop suffering from 'blue screen of death' and when that couldn't be done, arranging for a new one and assisting with the set up. He made an inconvenient and annoying issue, pain free to resolve.

Very pleased with the prompt resolution of an outlook issue. The initial call to communicate what was going to be done and an indication of timescale for resolution was really appreciated and very proactive.

I'd highly recommend Air IT, specifically Cameron Porter, who has worked quickly and efficiently to help solve any problems and adjustments I've made to our company's email footers.

These guys are awesome! We were in a mess before, without proper support and stuck in a firefighting, reactive hole. The team at Roundworks have supported us with everything you can imagine, right down to compliance! And no one ever moans that I raise 60 tickets a day that make absolutely no sense to anyone but me - they somehow manage to understand what we need! Would recommend to anyone.

RoundWorks IT always provide a prompt, professional and friendly service. They care about their customer and this comes across in the responsive approach and in the way they communicate and keep me updated. I feel reassured knowing that any IT problems that crop up will be sorted in a timely manner and that ongoing IT maintenance is handled.
