Key Mortgages are brilliant. As first time buyers we needed a lot of support and we got that with Joel Adams our advisor. He was always happy to help, answer our questions or hop on an out of hours meeting. He had a very calm attitude towards any hurdles and the process took 7 months due to many different factors, but he was always patient and adaptable. We've been in our new home for almost a month now and we couldn't be happier. The Client services team were also brilliant, especially Cathy, who saved us a job of chasing solicitors and generally being a lovely helping hand throughout the process. We would 100% recommend them, especially if you're first time buyers or if you have circumstances that aren't straight forward. Key Mortgages will always find you the best product and not give up.
