Went Christmas shopping in Pandora in Carmarthen yesterday with my PA. Really struggled and felt overwhelmed with the amount of options and the cashier Beth instantly knew I have autism and was incredibly supportive and helpful. Broke down the different options for the people I was buying for and was incredibly kind. Would 100% recommend going here. Definitely have good knowledge on customers with additional needs!

Enjoyed my visit yesterday helpful staff member was able help Me been undeceive about what actually wanted made my shopping experience better also allowed me to take my dog in to the store which helped due my dogs anxiety been separated from me for while. Highly recommended cannot wait my next visit which shall be next few days.

Incredibly helpful staff after my wife found out that her gift voucher had expired during a recent illness. Manageress organised a replacement voucher and had even kept the charms that she had been viewing to one side when we returned a couple of weeks later. Went above and beyond so five stars.

Great jewellers, Jane was very patient and very knowledgeable and even though we could’ve sourced them cheaper we still went back to Hinds due to the customer service we’d had.

My husband has been looking for a small travel alarm clock for some time. He walked into Hinds in Carmarthen and asked if they had such an item and the assistant directed him to a cabinet with a number of options, which was ideal. It was very easy to purchase and the member of staff was polite and helpful.

Absolutely amazing service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Adjusted my watch strap in minutes. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
