From the time we entered the Llanelli store until the time we left Mark made us feel so at home and a valued customer, there was no hard sell, and explained everything in great detail. Mark offered us the Sleepmatch experience in order to have the mattress that best suits us, we were offered a pillow to use while testing the mattresses recommended. All products are to the highest quality and standard. Whilst placing our order we were offered refreshments. Mark done everything possible to add value to our order. Overall outstanding customer service, great experience with a 5* rating. I would highly recommend you pay Mark a visit if you are looking for a new bed/mattress etc.

We had a lovely experience with a young man Benjamin in store today was polite on welcoming us to the store. Offered us a drink and very helpful and patient with the purchasing of our order no pressure and always reassured us that he was there with any questions.

In store we were helped by a really helpful assistant who listened to our needs and made recommendations. We would recommend the sleep match process. Staff were helpful and not pushing to make a sale.

Fantastic service, called just before 2pm to make an enquiry and Mark happily arranged to add a couple of suitable mattresses on his van and stop by on his way the same afternoon. New mattress bought and in the house before 4pm. Don't know of anywhere else where you would get delivery in hardly an hour and a half.

Mark was great service was excellent I needed a bed urgently and he was able to provide me wirh the exact bed on the day I needed it. Bed was delivered on time and he even helped me put it together as I was on my own. No hesitation to recommend Bzams.
