All the staff in the shop were so friendly and helpful. Emma asked if we needed any help and had lots of useful knowledge she shared with us. She was also very patient with us as we were unsure of exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend a visit to the Chester branch for an excellent customer experience.

I purchased a wedding ring from a different jewellery store, which turned my finger black within 12 hours. I popped in for a second opinion, and Clarissa was exceptionally professional and attentive. She explained how this could occur, and inspected my original ring. I decided that the original ring had to be returned to the store, and I later returned to purchase a new wedding ring, specifically from Clarissa. My husband and I found her to be outstanding in her role, and I can confidently say that I will be visiting again for any jewellery needs, as I trust Clarissa’s expertise.

Kelly at the chester store...remained helpful, friendly and intouch throughout the process of having my original engagement ring remade and looking fantastic in time for my 10th Anniversary in Santorini!! Kelly and myself were delighted with my ring when I went into collect it today. Thankyou to all involved and making this happen!! It's absolutely perfect.

Fantastic range of jewellery. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I visited both stores and was treated with kindness and courtesy in each location, the ladies I dealt with in both stores were proffessional, knowledgeable and kind and gave me a price which I was very happy with for some gold which I was selling and then assisted me in finding a pair of gold earrings for my wife I will 100% be returning, 10/10 on all accounts

After scouring the usual high street jewellers on the Internet for days and the minefield of offers and discounts not knowing whether you are actually getting good value for money we came across this gem of jewellers (excuse the pun) in the beautiful roman city of Chester. We found a stunning and unique ring for my wife's 50th birthday. The staff couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable with my wife's requirements and had a range of specific rings for her pick from. She is absolutely thrilled with her choice! A big thank you to the staff at Powells for providing such an excellent and personal service.

Metin and Lucas were wonderful and made the whole experience feel special. I first went to enquire about a possible remodel on a diamond cluster ring. They were so helpful, they got the job. Due to the fabulous customer service we have purchased a new diamond marquis ring to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Hand picked and made to order. Amazing! I am so pleased to have found them and wish them all the very best with their new venture in Chester. Thanks guys.

Called in today after buying my beautiful ring here and needing it resizing. Metin was so helpful along with Selina or Ayca and they arranged an express turnaround so my ring was ready a couple of hours later. All done in time for my weekend away. Lucas who had sold my ring to me was there when I picked it up too and they were all so professional and wanting to make your experience the best. Thanks to all and great meeting the gorgeous little pup too. Outstanding service and I will be visiting again.
