The Guy in the store was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in on Saturday afternoon, I didn’t catch his name but I would say early 20’s and brown/ginger hair. I came in to upgrade my current phone, as soon as I made the staff member aware of this he got everything ready, explained the process and made me feel relaxed. I was with my 2 year old girl and so these things can be an experience as this isn't always a quick process and lots of questions to answer correctly etc. The staff member understood the assignment and made me feel at ease when we had to keep stopping while I entertained my child and at times chased her around. We got through the process as quick as possible and the staff member helped me by taking my phone at times to complete tasks while I had my child in my arms. Thank you for the support and patience, please let the staff member know he did a great job and I appreciate his patience. I work in sales/customer service myself and If that was a test he scored 10/10.

I got a new phone today as the contract was up in my old one and the lovely lady ‘Abbie’ was a huge help from the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my new phone. She explained everything clearly and was happy to help me with anything I wasn’t sure about. Abbie and Harry are the 2 best workers at EE!!! Thank you both.

Thanks for helping me get an 82-year old neighbour back online after her Nokia 3210 eventually died. The Chester store manager was very helpful fitting the micro SIM to the replacement phone.

I accompanied a friend. who is not at all tech-savvy, to this shop last Friday, as she had been told she needed to have the number on her cancelled contract removed from the system in store. The shop was very busy as they were understaffed. so we had to wait quite a while for the Manager, Robin, to come and help us. Although he was clearly very busy (there were other customers waiting) he calmly and kindly identified the problem, explained everything he was doing, and eventually after about 45 minutes sent my friend home with written clear instructions of how to finalise the process over the telephone (which she has now managed to do). His customer service was exemplary.

Great experience in Chester store this morning. Had a problem with my iphone. Being of a certain age technology has largely passed me by. It turned out to be something really easy and simple to rectify. A really lovely young man sorted it for me. He did'nt make me feel silly for not knowing and said he'd been happy to help and to pop in anytime if i have any further issues or not sure on something. It's good to see that good service is still out there. Thank you.
