The staff were really welcoming and accommodated my request to see an item from another store- which I did not purchase, instead I purchased an in store item. When I collected my ring ( as it required re-sizing) the service was efficient and staff communicated quickly when ready to be collected. Excellent personalised service. Thank you.

My husband had previously used H.L.Brown for his watch to be serviced, and was very satisfied I needed to enlarge the clasps on two necklaces, so consulted them. Received excellent service and advice, timescale costs etc exactly as promised. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Went to pick up my mother's birthday present after ordering it online. It even came wrapped up, despite online saying there were no giftwrap options. The staff were kind and helpful. My mum loves her pandora charms.

Jasleen was absolutely amazing with how she spoke to my daughter and reassuring towards her when we went for her ears pierced. Very professional and friendly with how she spoke and made the visit and piercing process a lot easier and calm. A fantastic member of staff and I think she is a great member of the team.

Had my ear piercing today by Chelsey. Really nice and friendly. Chelsea explained the process of the piercing. Very happy. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Chebey and caitlin went above and beyond yesterday for our purchase, had alot of laughs, and explained everything in good detail about finance purchase and extra insurance. They also did this a few months back, thank you for a great experience.
