We went into the shop browsing, Sarah the assistant was brilliant, she was super helpful, so was the manager, (didn't catch his name). We must have laid in 10 mattresses after trying the matress matching machine, told her our budget, and after laying in all the mattresses, we'd actually ended up getting the mattress that I laid on in the first place, and well within our budget. Transaction was easy, even ended up with a cooling pillow, which will complete my sleep, as I'm the one that's always too hot in bed.

Friendly from the moment we walked in. Low pressure and knowledgeable staff helped us find the right mattress for our house. Brilliant service from Simon at sure sleep beds. Bought a double mattress,a deluxe mattress topper and a pack of pillows. All fantastic quality and all at a very reasonable price. Very happy.

Posting on behalf of my mum as she doesn't go online. We bought some comfy mattresses for a much better price than other nearby bigger stores and the delivery guys were great, carrying them upstairs for her. Thankyou.
