Bought a omega seamaster watch for my husbands 60th birthday. From start to finish I was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner by several members of staff. My husband loves his new watch and I cannot thank this jewellers and all staff enough. I will be returning for all my future purchases and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

I went in today and to have 2 rings resized, I was greeted by Matt, who was very helpful, I had my rings back in 2 and a half hours. Excellent customer service by Matt. Will definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, quicker repair than expected, would definitely use again.

What a lovely experience today! Went in for my usual charm as I collect charms from every place I visit! Both ladies at the shop were so lovely! Friendly and chatty but not pushy! Super helpful! They showed me the ocean collection they had and even pulled several charms from the same design so I can pick the one I like best. Ended up also getting a pair of earrings which I have not taken off since and are by far the most comfortable, gorgeous earrings I have ever had! They also told us of the reward program so we signed up and got 10% discount there and then! I wish I got a matching necklace as well but didn't think about it at the time. Might go back tomorrow for that haha. I highly recommend the shop and will definitely go back next time we're in Weston!

Great customer service from Lizzie 2848. My girlfriend is allergic to nickle so have to be careful what she wears. Other Pandora stores have always said they either don't know if there is nickle in the silver or there is so have always bought rose gold. Today Lizzie informed us she was also a nickle allergy sufferer and explained fully what metals are used in Pandora jewelery which we were not aware of. She also mentioned that my snake bracelet could be returned due to the colour fade as this should not happen. Would like to publically thank Lizzie at the Weston-super-Mare branch for being so well informed and knowledgeable and all the help and guidance she gave us. Thanks again Lizzie.

I must qualify this review, it is written after our purchase, but before items are delivered. The assistant spent time ensuring that we were both happy with our choices of rings, and he understood our need to collect them several days before the wedding- so checked Group stock level before we completed the purchase.Price? We could probably have found cheaper online (unseen, from an unknown vendor), but I am confident that these will arrive weeks before the wedding and there will be no last minute panic. F Hinds are a long established High Street store. Peace of mind on the big day beats a possible small cost saving.

The ladies are lovely one lost her voice but she was still smiling and laughing very good customer service really friendly. Had to have a new ring as I took my old one in due to it kept bending out off place then the bloke straightened it out but snapped it so I took it back in when the 2 lovely ladies were in and got it fixed they sent it off then took a week to get it back. Thank you ladies.

We found the staff particularly courteous and helpful on our visit today. Their professionalism more than compensated for the trip to Weston-super-Mare (not our favourite city). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or go to any other Jewellers.
