Great service from entering the store. Sam was helpful but not pushy and was there for us whenever we needed him. We tested just about every bed and at no time did Sam appear to be anything but interested in making sure we made the right choice for us. I went to dreams at weston super mare this morning and was greeted by John. I was wanting to buy a new mattress so he set up the sleep match so we knew what was the right mattress was for me. I tried a few and have purchased one and the delivery is very quick. John was so helpful and went above and beyond.

My wife and I were considering changing the mattress on our bed. Ricky welcomed us into the store and enquired about our requirements. We explained in detail what we were looking for. He told us that each mattress was available in any size and was interchangeable with the different types of divan, about the various technologies available (sprung, memory foam etc), and the warranties provided with each of the price ranges. He invited us to explore the store and try out any that we might be interested in. We tried several different options and decided upon a mattress with an iGel topper. Ricky then explained the deals available if we included the divan base, the different colour and storage options. Once he showed us the power ottoman option we decided to go ahead. He gave us an excellent price, which included removal/recycling our old bed, a mattress protector, complimentary damage insurance and power lift assembly. Ricky was friendly and extremely helpful. We never felt that we were being pressured into anything, he answered all our questions and was very polite and patient during our visit. We were extremely grateful for his assistance helping us to make the best choice, and deal, for our purchase.

Highly recommend Bensons. From start to finish. Owen in the showroom, knowledgeable about the beds didn’t rush us and took our time with us. Was updated as to when our bed was to be delivered. Arrived on time and put together efficiently. Sleep has now changed completely comfortable and wake up refreshed.

The sales representative Owen was quite informative and helpful, and he matched the perfect mattress for me and my bed. The whole buying process was hassle free and quick.
