And was brilliant at making my daughter feel at ease when piercing her ears. Making it a great experience for her. Frist class service. Thankyou.

My partner and I visited store to look at rings, and we had a wonderful experience thanks to Elena. She spent quality time with us, showing us a wide range of diamonds and helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Great watch buying experience. Matt was very knowledgeable about all products that I tried on before purchasing. Excellent customer service skills, friendly, welcoming and not pushy. Ended up making another spontaneous purchase before walking out the door because his excellent sales skills.

The staff here are very helpful. My husband bought me an engagement here and then our wedding rings. They all look lovely and with a very good price. Thanks Louis, who gave us very good service

I went to buy an engagement ring, completely out of my depth and lost on where to start. Ernest Jones in Cribbs Causeway was my first stop, Sarah Filby was so incredibly helpful and amazing that I didn’t need any more shops. Not only did she help me choose a ring that my now fiancé loves, she also stayed in constant contact with me, as I wasn’t 100% sure on the size. If ever looking to buy any piece of Jewellery, I would highly recommend going here and asking for Sarah, we will definitely be going back for our wedding bands. Amazing customer service, all started with Hattie who sat us down , provided us with a coffee and helped us choose the right ring, they didn’t have my size so they arranged the correct size to come in by the following Saturday. Couldn’t fault the service , polite and professional. The next Saturday came and Hattie wasn’t in But Nicola was , and was absolutely amazing on our on the final hand over of the ring , to the point we decided there and then to buy 2 watches. The service was amazing Hattie and Nicola made our purchase stress free, with confidence . 5* service . Thanks.
