With my first bike packing trip in a few days time, I was attempting to do some bike maintenance but it became apparent after a test cycle ride that it need some much more experienced hands on it. I decided to pop by Terry's Cycles to see if they can help. I explained the issues; falling out of gear and chain getting stuck on lower front gear, and much to my delight, they offered to take it in. Within 24 hours, I got a call to say that everything's been fixed and they replaced the chain, rear cassette and two cables all for amazing value. I picked the bike up and yep, it works like a dream. Thanks very much, this was a great experience and I whole heartedly recommend anyone else to give them a try!

Excellent service. Terry was extremely helpful. As well as tyre prob, I had a few other questions relating to my bike - some discomfort when riding my bike. Terry's assistant dropped the handlebars for me and what a difference. Very helpful, knowledgeable and outstanding customer services. Will definitely recommend this shop.

Took my racing bike to Terry’s for repair as the gears were slipping, few component parts required and all fixed up within a few days, feels like a new bike now! Top service and very fair price! Thanks guys!

Recently had a full bike service at Terry's after a friend's recommendation and reading good reviews. This was by far the best service that I've ever had and the bike feels like new and they even gave it a really good clean. Excellent customer service. A relaxed environment and Jude and Pat were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen and advise what options would best suit our 10 year old, now and going forward. Also, clearly passionate about cycling, safety and the ongoing use and serving of bikes that they set up and sell. They also helped with questions about other family bikes and improving the set up of those. We’ll definitely be using them ongoing. We have previously used a high street car/bike seller, which was ok but we haven’t always felt comfortable with their knowledge or advice. A completely different experience here and we’d definitely recommend them.

Welcoming atmosphere when entering. Very good display and range of bikes. Needed a 16 inch inner tube for a kids trailer and the gentleman searched deep behind the counter and got me one. Saved me a 16 miles round trip to Halfords on me bike. Great customer service. Cheers.

Pat & Jude are always so welcoming and very helpful! Never fail to sort out a range of different bikes at short notice and get them running perfect again. Very good aftercare with bikes purchased in store also!
