My family and I have bought two second hand cars from here in tbe last few months. We dealt with Lewis who was very helpful and polite. We were given plenty of time to think about the sales & had a good choice of cars within our price range. We traded in our cars and got reasonable value for them. Would recommend.

I received my vehicle earlier than expected. I was kept informed ever step of the way. Colour is better than expected. I was apprehensive having a electric vehicle however I love it. Easy to charge on my drive. No need to go to a garage to fill up.

Easy transaction buying a car, really enjoyed our experience with Sam, he was knowledgeable, friendly and made it very easy and smooth. Appreciate it, thank you.

Joseph Faulkner was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. He took time to explain each stage of the sale and the products on offer and we took advantage of the extra packages. He had great product knowledge which made us confident with our purchase. Joseph was friendly and patient throughout our time in the sales room. We were so impressed with the care he provided we talked our daughter in to trading her car in as well and she bought the same Honda HRV as us so that was two car sales Joseph completed. Excellent service , thank you Joseph and all the wonderful staff at Waylands Cribbs Causeway.

Recently purchased a used Polestar 4 through Waylands. The service was excellent despite several complications mainly caused by Polestars’ complicated online administration system. Particularly want to mention Theo Scarlett the Waylands Bristol sales and customer support representative. He was excellent. Very responsive and knowledgeable - if he didn’t know he found out or knew someone who did know. He was also happy to help outside of working hours. Thanks Theo.

Popped into Berkeley Vale Garage to see about getting a Hyundai i10. Couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service received from Sasha. I’m really happy with my little car. Sasha was so helpful getting me sorted on the day and for sorting me a maintenance plan. I’ve used this garage a fair few times over the years and always received the best advice and help. I would also like to add that Nigel also is a most helpful salesperson. Who has helped me in the past. Top marks here. I have been to another garage but did come back here, cannot recommend them more. Very helpful and reliable staff knowledge.

The whole experience from start to finish was first class. Sasha was very helpful, informative & pleasant with guiding us through purchasing a new car! Her aftersales communication is first class. This is my third Hyundai car and I would highly recommend them.
