three watch batteries done in no time and put a bangle in which is not sterling silver but is silver for an infinity as I call it clasp figure 8 to snap onto a locking piece on the bangle itself - took away n am waiting to see the results - I have had many items repaired or charms attached - I Would go Nowhere else - and I live in a different area I travel to go there !!! just been today for yet again watch battery n a new strap great as ever.

Came into shop to have a ring valued, didn’t end up purchasing anything but the assistant was very kind & compassionate at a very difficult family time. Given I spent nothing, I found this customer service really touching. I will definitely be back to purchase in the future. Thank you.

Over the moon with the two items that Chanelle has produced for me. With the wide choice of items and variety of colours there should be something that appeals to everyone. The quality of the jewellery (appearance, feel and presentation) is first-class. It was very easy to arrange to personally deliver the inclusion and then collect the items when they were ready. The communication throughout was good and the jewellery was made on time. Delighted with the service and would highly recommend.

Channelle created a beautiful pendant with my mams ashes and in her birthstone colour. I will treasure the pendant along with the memories I have of her and the love I feel for her. I would highly recommend the Memorial Company for their kind, compassionate and excellent product quality
