Just paid close to a thousand pounds for an ottoman bed ,mattress and headboard. Great bed but side lift instead of end . Not a problem for these guys. Apologies and new bed just delivered. I’ve seen some dodgy reviews but I can tell you I’ve given them 5star for excellent service and quality product.

We bought a Silent Night bed and wooden bed frame from the Bedding Centre in South Shields last month. Very comfortable bed, great price and great service from all of the staff and delivery drivers. Keep up the great work. Malcolm and Andre.

Went to the shop today, only needed something simple and cheap for a spare room. Sales staff was very friendly and not pushy at all. Showed me lots of beds and options. Also my mother was very pleased with the Santa display which is a nice touch and great effort. Thanks.

Ordered the Derwent bedframe although was a little bit worried due to a few reviews on here not being that great. I couldn't find the 'chunky' look that I wanted elsewhere so took a chance that would be ok. So glad I did! The bed is amazing, exactly what I had been looking for and the build quality is fantastic. Comes with a 25 year guarantee, however I think they could add another 100 years on that without any worries. It is definitely a chunky piece of kit that is built to last a lifetime. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from them, might have to reinforce the floor first though! Can't recommend enough.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to share my amazing experience with Funky Chunky Furniture. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. Even after my product's warranty had expired, they were incredibly helpful and replaced the item without hesitation. It's clear they take immense pride in the quality of their products, and it really shows! The furniture is not only beautiful but built to last. I can't recommend them enough for their commitment to both craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Thank you!!

Ordered 2 Windsor sofas and a Chesterfield bed. There was a couple of weeks wait for the sofas but Rob kept me posted on delivery date. Communication was on point. Make no mistake, this furniture is very high quality! These aren't fb shop rubbish! Sofas are really big, sturdy and heavy. delivery was on time and the men delivering were great. Definitely very highly recommended! I'll be ordering again very soon. Thanks Rob.

Ordered this today after visiting the shop. Gets delivered tomorrow morning. £679 delivered to North Shields. So far all fantastic can't comment on delivery yet as that's due tomorrow. However, the customer service in store was fab and the man is very accomodating and friendly. Would return in future all being well with delivery.

Ordered two sofa's such good quality and amazing price. Such a friendly, professional service. Had a nice bit chat. Completely thrilled. Would highly recommend. Delivery was quick. Delivery guys friendly had laugh nothing too much trouble.
