Very busy, had to queue for 20 minutes but all of the sales advisors were greeting customers with a smile. The advisor I had was very knowledgeable and professional and so lovely! Fantastic service.

Bought my wife a ring for her birthday but unfortunately it was a couple of sizes too big. Went in to Pandora yesterday and the sales assistant was brilliant!! Unfortunately didn't catch her name but she was polite, welcoming and so helpful!! Thank you for all your help and sorting the right sized ring for my wife.

Amazing staff in the Walsall branch, so thankful for their excellent customer service this week.

First class customer service from start to finish. Originally met Jess who was very patient with me upon deciding what ring I wanted allowing time to try on the ones I liked, she ordered the correct size in for me. A few days later I met Parys who provided me with my ring and talked through insurance options for myself. Really happy with the service from both Jess and Parys thank you!

Fantastic, informative staff members with fantastic service. Visited on multiple time to browse, purchase & then to collect and each time was greeted with a smile. Hannah & Jess were fantastic and an assets to the branch & the company. Thanks again.

Having had my daughter ask me for ages to have her ears pierced I decided that at 10 years of age she was old enough to make her own decisions and decided to use F.Hinds , from start to finish the lady was lovely and very thorough when speaking to my daughter and my self and most importantly I had a happy daughter the service was amazing and this lady deserves praise. Prices are very reasonable (only pay for earrings) I highly recommend it and would without a doubt use it again. Thank you so much.

I just visited F.Hinds the Jewellers in the Saddlers Centre Walsall, with my partner, excellent service from Charlotte their wedding planner, such a lovely helpful person. I would highly recommend this jewellers and Charlotte to anybody getting married. I'm really pleased with the outcome.
