Excellent store that not only sells beds and mattresses but sofas and furniture. Excellent choice of beds especially but a decent range of sofas. Knowledgeable, approachable and non-pushy staff in-store. Beds are set up for customers to lie on without taking off their shoes. Very easy to purchase. You can order on a deposit. I've ordered beds and sofas from here and have been very happy with my purchases. Delivery guys are excellent. On one occasion, a mattress was meant to be collected but as it wasn't there yet (was in storage), they refunded us for the amount.

Just got my new (Made in Britain) mattress delivered, bought last Saturday and up and running already! The delivery guys were super friendly and polite, took care to avoid precious wall lighting too! I’m new to the area and ordered some beds in the store. I ordered two new single beds, and was very impressed with the layout of the store, and the staff were very knowledgeable and showed me all their best current offers. Delivery was very straight forward and had no issues with the whole process. Will be back again no doubt for any future needs.

I purchased a wardrobe from dream express (the German range) with sliding doors/frosted glass, I am more than happy with my purchase, it looks classy very spacious and of very good quality. More importantly Dream express have been excellent with keeping me up to date regarding delivery, and the owners really take the time out to go the extra mile by showing you in detail what your item will look like giving you options without being pushy. Visited the store about 4 weeks ago, for 2 beds - staff member was very polite and very good at selling, looked at previous reviews which were good and followed the ones on instagram, they have lots of other furniture bits too!! Finally purchased , good price, good quality, I orders on Saturday over the phone and was told delivery would be Friday however it was delivered on the Thursday so very fast delivery, built quality good and delivery drivers were polite too. Thank you- now saving for my next purchase.

Very good customer service. Very professional gentlemen. came out to measure on the same day which was very convenient as we were in a rush for settees. Helped us make the correct decision according to our colour scheme. Settees look amazing in our living room also. I have now recommended this shop to all family members who also loved my settees.
