Popped in for a few holiday clothes, got everything I needed very quickly then spent another 30 minutes just browsing. Picked up a few bargains. I am in a wheelchair and there is a special till for disabled customers to use so you don't have to stand for a long time in a queue, very considerate as standing can cause a lot of pain for some customers.

Staff at primark were very nice and helpful. My daughter needed to feed her newborn. Primark didn't have a baby room. So they let us use the disabled changing room. I greatly appreciate this gesture. Thank you.

Great for everyday items quick pop in and out never ever had a problem wit anything I've brought out of here.

The matalan at reedswood park in walsall is really good place to visit as a family one stop shopping, it also has more options and variaties of departments. It offers not only fashion and accessoires for men and women but children fashion as well as home decorations, toys and many more so for this reason I give 5 stars.

I don't usually frequent this type of retailing but pleasantly surprised as what I went to look at was in my opinion excellent value for money. I had help off a store colleague in the men's department named Chris who was most attentive and extremely helpful,well done Chris.

It was great! Just had a bit of trouble finding some sections but other than that,staff were great,clothes were great and most of all the store was okay might come back later today for more!

It's quite a big store so loads of clothes. The shoes are upstairs but there is a lift. Got 2 t shirts £9 each so prices are reasonable and they fit really well. I've had a coat from here that's lasted 2 years so far. Been shopping in new look for years and always found their clothes good quality which last and loads of different styles too.

New Look is always my go to place to buy new clothes. They have so many different styles and always has something that draws my attention. I got the cutest bee socks and a gorgeous gingham top today. The staff are incredibly friendly, was served by a lovely lady called PJ

Visted the store recently. Lovely layout. The staff were more than happy to help (especially Laura) to give styling ideas and help with sizes. Will be visiting more often.
