“Loughborough Town Hall was originally built as a corn exchange and ballroom in 1855. The town hall later became a municipal building and now serves as a theatre. The hall is also a Grade II listed building. Loughborough Town Hall offers various rooms and facilities. The SOCK Gallery is ideal for emerging artists, showcasing artwork and hosting workshops and artist events. The ballroom's beautiful original features and versatility make it ideal for hosting a variety of events. “Loughborough Carillon Tower and War Memorial Museum is owned by the local authority but administered by a board of trustees. The Loughborough Carillon is primarily a war memorial dedicated to those who fell in the two World Wars. LOUGHBOROUGH TOWN HALL REVIEWS

Went to see Footloose and it was absolutely amazing. The music and singers were worthy of being on Broadway. Matt who played Willard was comical and was flawless with his timing and had the audience in stitches. I have seen many shows in London and these people surpass most I have seen by their comedy, acting and musical talents. Thank you for a very pleasurable afternoon. Loughborough Town hall was a lovely venue.

I always love a trip to Loughborough Town Hall, especially to see a LAOS show! Great front of house team, fab bar staff, the seats are a lot better than they used to be, and the range of performances they have on is excellent. Lboro is blessed with brilliant amateur theatre societies, and it's a great venue for productions. Shame it's so expensive to hire so some are branching out to other venues, but it's a challenging financial time for all.

Love it here. My daughter comes to perform here every year with Footloose stage school. The building is lovely.

Fist time this has been open when i visited the park/ museum . Absolute must visit free entry to ground floor exhibit. £ 1 Per adult to see the rest of the Carillion . The climb to the top is steep narrow steps but if you can manage it ypu wont be dissapointed . Honestly a gem find here and will deffo visit again . Great for children to learn of lical history and the past . Volunteers I met and spoke to very knowledgeable Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Excellent place full of great information and friendly staff! Ideal for all ages as there is something for everyone, well worth a visit!

The staff is very friendly and willing to teach and explain everything about the history of the town. They also play carousel for visitors and the whole experience is just WOW!

LOUGHBOROUGH LIBRARY REVIEWS

Well laid out public library that feels light and airy, with lots of facilities, friendly, helpful staff and reasonable opening hours throughout the week. Great spaces for holding community events in a "neutral" location in the centre of the town (which makes it easy for folk to get to from around the rest of the town and the surrounding area).

Beautiful place to relax & expand your knowledge. Excellent facilities! Computers are fast and reliable! Best Toilet facilities with that legendary blue room This library is exceptional!

Really nice library with a wide selection of books. There are tables to study on as well as computers that members can access. The children's section of the library if fantastic. My kids love exploring all the different books.
