The room had some damp spots on it, but the room itself was not bad. The purple mood lighting was very nice at nighttime. Came with freeview tv, of which it was a decent sized tv. Had random troubles with the shower temperature changing itself, probably from running water elsewhere. The hotel food was absolutely marvelous, would definitely reccommend to anyone whom has not tried thai food before, reasonably priced as well. As for the hosts, customer service was off the charts. They are so friendly, so welcoming and so accommodating. Both of them were very friendly and loved to give conversation. Unfortunately we were not able to try out the spa or the Hottub, sauna room etc. due to the Spa being the only functioning amenity as of this review date. Double check on the status of the Hot tub and that to see if it is working. All in all, a very nice hotel with great food and great company.

Such a great little find in Loughborough. There is a traditional Thai spa on site and the restaurant serves Thai food. The prices are reasonable and the hosts are so helpful. I'm hoping that I get another trip to Loughborough soon so I can stay again and maybe organise my schedule to try the Thai spa

Very good price for the rooms, clean and cosy. Some rooms have only sink and shower inside the room so be careful when you choose your room. You can get sauna or steam for cheap.

My local club, where I swim and gym. The pool is fantastic especially if you aren't so confident in the water or like to walk/run in the pool; because it is all one-height, it is also warm. Also, at 15m long, if you are learning to swim it isn't overly intimidating but long enough to make for a worthwhile swim when you are confident. Finally, the pool is open all the time the gym is so you can finish you gym then hit the pool at any time. The gym is perfectly functional for most people, perhaps not if you're going to the Olympics but for 95% of people it'll be more than adequate. Showers comfortable. The sauna, steam room and spa pool are all very enjoyable. Good staff, very friendly locals. Not cheap, but fantastic value for money. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere in Loughborough.

Wonderful and friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and great therapists. Seen both Amy and Kelsie here and they have been a big help with all my problems. I see Kelsie at least once a week and have done for months - she’s amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. She listens, pays attention to my needs and tailors my treatments accordingly. She has helped with my neck, back and muscular problems, skin issues and recommended after treatment care too. I refuse to go anywhere else for treatments in Loughborough!

The treatments you can take are varied and the staff,are professional friendly and very helpful, and whilst the products are expensive they are worth every penny.

I've been visiting this salon since it first opened. I've had various treatments from Indian head massage, full body massage, pedicure the list goes on. I always find the staff friendly, polite and professional. Looking forward to using the hot tub for a girly get together with my sister and niece's.

Went to Seasons Day Spa for a facial and it was lovely! Inside was very clean and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Will definitely go back again, and will be recommending them to friends and family !

Always a warm welcome. Marie runs an excellent salon with lovely caring staff. Been going there for 20+ years that says alot.
