The service provided by Bath Lock & Key was quite simply excellent! Seth, the exceptionally friendly and skilled locksmith did the work to an impeccable standard, was able to effortlessly overcome the complexities that arose with our specific setup and, even though the job took longer than they had estimated (as a result of said complexities) they still stuck to the original quoted fee! I wouldn’t use anyone else, especially given they appear to be the only locksmiths in Bath that are registered with the Master Locksmiths Association! Many thanks!

Two people came to our rescue within hours of booking. They investigated issue which took some doing and rather than just replace with new lock at huge cost, they made good the existing lock. They were also very calm around our dogs and put them at ease.

I had an issue with a winkhaus 2 hook front door lock and rang Bath Lock & Key to check for spare parts. The guys had the part needed in stock and fitted it to the main mechanism for me there and then. The lock is now back in the door and working perfectly. First class service - thanks.

Called am and had locks sorted within few hours having lost keys. Was advised of costing when I telephoned so no unpleasant surprises. Gentleman polite and tidy and got on with job - advised re care of locking system which showed signs of wear and tear in property I moved to few years ago .. explains some previous sticking of door.

Excellent service. A very quick response and great work carried out by a very skilled tradesman. No hidden costs and a full explanation of work.

Seth was prompt, friendly, efficient, very quick to appraise us of the likely cause of the problem, and very fast in solving it. Top man!

Ian was quick to respond and provide a quote, and a mutually convenient date/time was easy to arrange. He worked efficiently and the quality of the install is faultless. Very happy with the lock fitted and I would use this company again.

Came out really quickly and had us back into our flat in less than 5 minutes. Speedy and efficient service! Would recommend to all and defo will in contact again if i ever need a locksmith.
