Second time using this storage facility for storing my things over Summer whilst away from Uni. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, got a good discount for being a student and they have a good arrange of different sized units. Would definitely use again.

Super friendly staff. Always accommodating and willing to help with whatever they can. Had a storage unit with them for a while just for good measure, as you never know what can happen as a student.

Great experience! All of my stuff was intact by the time I came back! Great value too and friendly staff.

I needed extra storage space urgently, so had a look online at the StorageKing price options, reserved online and got a call from their office at the Bath store who went through everything I needed to bring, how long it would take, and when they closed. Jane greeted me when I got there, very friendly and went through all my questions, showed me the unit, made sure it suited my needs and the app was all setup and working correctly. She's an incredible asset to the team. All in it took less than an hour from first walking in, to leaving with a locked storage unit full of my boxes. Unlike other nearby facilities, you can access your stuff out of hours, including Sundays. It's a clean modern facility and has super friendly staff. Can't recommend it enough.

I booked originally through a telephone conversation with Jane. I then called in, to do the contract and met her personally. The store was amazing and Jane was excellent; explained the contract, the app and then showed me the process of access. Amazing building, modern, clean and very secure - which was very reassuring.

So smooth and stress free, especially for a process that can be quite stressful and tiring with moving stuff! The staff are super kind and accommodating too! Really recommend for uni students :).

Absolutely fantastic service, from booking to collecting and moving our Stuff Into the unit. Nothing was too much trouble and no hesitation to help. When needed . This is the absolute perfect place to store your treasured belongings. Nice to see the front garden being attended too including cleaning the stream, receptionist was charming. I very much like the aeroplane .
